Proper Puddings

It has been said that the landlord gets all the praise, while the landlady does the hard work ...  Well, in an attempt to redress this inbalance, just a couple of photos to show you two desserts Helen's been making for customers lately.  The first is a salted caramel torte which, with 70% cocoa, gives chocoholics a real fix!  And the second is a tasty French dish call clafoutis, made with black cherries.  These are both real treats that you ought to come in and try.

PS: but while Helen does cook up a wonderful dessert, if you want a crêpes suzette flambéed to perfection, ask the landlord!
